It contain fatty acids (including omega-3 fatty acids and alpha-lipoic acid (ALA)), dietary fibres (soluble and insoluble), and lignans (an antioxidant). Flaxseeds can be mixed into a variety of foods, including cereals, pancakes, blender drinks, and more.
